Alongside my own practice, I am loving being one of the lead tutors at The Newlyn School of Art in Cornwall, South West England. It is an independent art school and has a free, fully creative spirit and approach to learning, with no less rigour than a larger institution. 2019 will see me leading the year long 'Defining Practice' course, as well as my own 'Experimental Figure' course, centred around figure drawing and utilising a broad range of approaches and techniques. I am also a tutor on the year long Mentoring course.
Individually, I deliver creative sessions with groups large and small and across a broad range of contexts, including working with visiting schools and colleges, corporate workshops and also work with individuals. These sessions are tailored to fit the needs of the organisation and all will have at their core an exploration of the power of creativity as a force for positive change and inspiration.
I am currently finalising a series of day sessions based around the book 'Women That Run With the Wolves' by Clarissa Pinkola Estés that will be delivered initially in Cornwall.
